Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is open to ALL, members and non-members.
2. This promotion is valid on July 29 to 31 ONLY.
3. This promotion is exclusive ONLY on Webstore.
4. This promotion is valid ONLY on Classic Massages – Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Combination.
5. This promotion is valid ONLY with a minimum spend of P6,000.
6. This promotion is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CONVERTIBLE to cash.
7. The availed e-vouchers will NOT bear an expiration.
8. The availed e-vouchers are TRANSFERRABLE. For process of transferring e-vouchers, please see item no. 14.
9. Mode of payment will be CREDIT CARD only.
10. ALL availed e-vouchers can be use on the same day of purchased. No 1-day activation required.
11. For cases of downgrading, no cash refund will be given.
12. Additional fees apply for accommodation upgrade.
13. For Webstore purchases, the Recipient’s details must be under the name of the person who will avail or redeem the services.
14. For customers who would like to transfer their purchased e-vouchers:
- Customer must email to marketing@thespa.com.ph with the email confirmation from Webstore.
- Email must include the items, name, email, and contact number for transfer.
- Processing will take 3 working days.
15. Availed e-vouchers are redeemable at ALL The Spa branches except The Spa Boracay.
16. Customers must still contact the branches or The Spa Wellness’s social media pages to book for reservations.
17. This promotion is NOT valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers.
18. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the SENIOR CITIZEN may avail of the promotional discount, but is not in conjunction with the Senior Citizen/PWD discount privilege. Only one discount will be applicable, whichever discount is higher will be applied. This is in reference of expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010.
Webstore Terms
1. There will be a specific e-voucher per package at Webstore specific for this promotion.
- It will be put under the Promo Category.
2. For the vouchers, the details must be of the customer who will be using them.
3. Should customer request for the e-vouchers to be transferred, they must:
- Send an email to marketing@thespa.com.ph with the email confirmation as attachment.
- The email must also include the name, contact number, and email of the customer of whom the e-voucher/s will be transferred to.
- Please note that processing time will be around 2-3 working days.
4. The e-voucher from Webstore may not be replaced with a Digital QR Code.
How to Purchase
1. Go to https://store.thespa.com.ph.
2. Go to Anniversary Exclusive category then navigate to your choice of Accommodation – Deluxe, Executive, Junior Suite, Premier Suite.
3. Enter the recipient’s name, email, and mobile number then click buy now.
4. Please ensure that you entered the correct details of the recipient as the voucher will be sent to the recipient’s email and OTP will be sent to the recipient’s number for redemption.
5. If you are purchasing more than 1 services, enter the desired quantity and click update cart.
6. 50% discount will automatically be added if you reach the minimum purchase of P6,000.
7. Enter your billing details, select payment type then place order.
8. The recipient will also be notified via email and receive a copy of the coupon details.
