Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to ALL, members and non-members.

2. The Wellness Pass allows any customer to avail the accommodations at a discounted rate inclusive of one massage from the available options below.

3. These passes may only be purchased from October 29 – 31, 2023

4. Packages, Other Treatments, and Add-on Services are NOT included in the promotion. Should the customer still prefer to avail add-ons, regular process on payment & pricing, and availability check will be followed.

5. Booking an appointment will be encouraged for all customers. Walk-in customers may only be accepted should there be availability.

6. One (1) Wellness Pass per person may be availed during appointment. There is no limit on how many passes a customer may purchase.

7. This Wellness Pass is transferrable.

8. This Wellness Pass is non-refundable and not convertible to cash.

9. This Wellness Pass has no expiry.

10. This Wellness Pass has no restrictions and may be used even on weekends and holidays.

11. Mode of payment will be:

  • Branches – Cash, Credit Card, or Gcash
  • Webstore – Credit Card

13. On redemption:

  • For physical passes, they would need 1 day activation. Thus, redemption will be 1 day after the purchase date.
  • For e-passes, no activation needed and may be used on the same day of purchase.

14. This Wellness Pass Available in Alabang, Podium, Rockwell, Shangri-La, Fort, Trinoma, Greenbelt, & Ayala Bay branches except The Spa Wellness – Boracay.

17. Customer must present wellness pass during redemption. No Wellness Pass, No redemption.

18. NOT valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers.

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the SENIOR CITIZEN may avail of the promotional discount, but is not in conjunction with the Senior Citizen/PWD discount privilege. Only one discount will be applicable, whichever discount is higher will be applied. This is in reference of expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010.

On Webstore Purchase Process

2. Navigate to your choice of service. Selected services should be under the promo category to get an automatic discount.

3. Select your preferred Pass Accommodation. (Executive, Junior, & Premier)

4. Enter the recipient’s name, email, and mobile number then click buy now.

5. Please ensure that you entered the correct details of the recipient as the voucher will be sent to the recipient’s email and OTP will be sent to the recipient’s number for redemption.

6. If you are purchasing more than 1 services, enter the desired quantity and click update cart.

7. Enter your billing details, select payment type then place order.

8. The recipient will also be notified via email and receive a copy of the coupon details.

Webstore Terms

1. There will be a specific e-voucher per package at Webstore specific for this promotion.

  • It will be put under the Promo Category.

2. For the vouchers, the details must be of the customer who will be using them.

3. Should customer request for the e-vouchers to be transferred, they must:

  • Send an email to with the email confirmation as attachment.
  • The email must also include the name, contact number, and email of the customer of whom the e-voucher/s will be transferred to.
  • Please note that processing time will be around 2-3 working days.

4. The e-voucher from Webstore may not be replaced with a Digital QR Code or physical passes.

5. The e-voucher from Webstore cannot be interchanged with other services or gift certificates.
