Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is open to ALL, members and non-members.
2. Buy 5 Classic Massage Gift Certificate and GET 5 of the same Classic Massage Gift Cert for FREE.
3. This promotion is available in all accommodations of Classic Massage Gift Certificates.
4. Promo period is from November 28 to 30, 2023 only.
- All filled-out order forms that we’re received during the promo period that were not responded to due to internal causes must be processed and paid on December 1, 2023.
- Please note that should our branch reached out to customers who were not accommodated during the promo period on December 1 but customer failed to respond within a day, the reservation form will be invalid and void.
- Note that December 1 must just be for processing only and not for new orders.
5. There will be NO limit in purchasing the Classic Massage Gift Certificates.
6. This promotion is only available for purchase through any The Spa Wellness Branches.
7. This promotion is available only in physical gift certificates.
8. For modes of payments:
- The Spa Wellness Branches – through CASH, CARDS, and GCASH ONLY.
9. Activation of Physical Certificates will be available after one (1) day of purchase.
10. Available in ALL The Spa Wellness branches (except The Spa Wellness Boracay) depending on accommodations available at the branch.
11. The Spa Management shall NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
12. For cases of downgrading, NO cash refund will be given.
13. For upgrading on time and accommodations, standard rates apply.
14. Advance payments will not be accepted for this promo. Thus, the allocation per branch must be strictly followed.
- Should branches exhaust their forecasted allocation and sales, they must not accept orders anymore.
15. NOT valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers.
16. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the SENIOR CITIZEN may avail of the promotional discount, but is not in conjunction with the Senior Citizen/PWD discount privilege. Only one discount will be applicable, whichever discount is higher will be applied. This is in reference of expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010.

Gift Certificate Terms
1. The REGULAR and FREE Classic Massage Gift Certificates will NOT bear an expiration.
2. The REGULAR Classic Massage Gift Certificate may be used anytime even on weekends and holidays.
3. The FREE Classic Massage Gift Certificate is ONLY valid during Mondays to Fridays, not including holidays
4. The FREE and REGULAR Classic Massage Gift Certificates are for ONE TIME USE ONLY.
5. Both gift certificates are TRANSFERRABLE.
6. The REGULAR Classic Massage Gift Certificate and FREE Classic Massage Gift Certificate are non-refundable and non-convertible to cash.
7. The FREE Classic Massage Gift Certificate is only valid with authorized signature.
8. Gift Certificates may be redeemed at any The Spa Wellness Branch except The Spa Wellness Boracay.
9. The Spa Wellness Management shall not be liable for any loss or damaged gift certificates.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the SENIOR CITIZEN may avail of the promotional discount, but is not in conjunction with the Senior Citizen/PWD discount privilege.
