Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is open to ALL, members and non-members.
2. This promotion runs from November 11 – 17, 2023.
3. Avail the 1+1 promo this 11.11 Sale and get a Classic Massage of your choice plus the Timeless Cryo-Facial Therapy.

4. This promotion will be available in all physical and e-vouchers.
- Physical Gift Certificates will be purchased only at branches
- E-vouchers will be purchased only at Webstore.
5. Mode of payment may be through:
- Cash, Credit Card, and Gcash at branches
- Credit Card at Webstore
6. This promotion has no expiry and may be used anytime even on holidays and weekends.
7. This promotion is non-refundable and non-convertible to cash.
8. The gift certificate is transferrable. However, please note that only 1 person may be able to redeem each gift certificate and/or voucher.
- Both the Classic Massage and the facial must be availed at the same reserved appointment.
9. For activation, please see below:
- Physical Gift Certificates may be redeemed 1 day after purchase
- No activation requirement for Webstore purchases.
10. This promotion already includes the service charge and value-added tax.
11. Strictly no gift certificate or e-voucher, no redemption.
12. For upgrades on room and time, standard rates must be applied.
13. The rates above are inclusive of taxes and service charge.
14. This promo is available at all The Spa Wellness branches except The Spa Wellness Boracay.
15. Should the branches be unable to address all inquiries with the promo period:
- All completely filled out order forms must be processed the day after the promo.
- Should the branch reached out to the customer and was unable to receive a response within 24 hours, we will consider the reservation has lapsed.
16. This promotion is NOT valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers.
17. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the SENIOR CITIZEN may avail of the promotional discount, but is not in conjunction with the Senior Citizen/PWD discount privilege. Only one discount will be applicable, whichever discount is higher will be applied. This is in reference of expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010.
On Webstore Purchase Process
1. Go to https://store.thespa.com.ph.
2. Navigate to your choice of service/accommodation (Executive or Premier Suite/Villa). Selected services/accommodation should be under the promo category to get an automatic discount.
3. Enter the recipient’s name, email, and mobile number then click buy now.
4. Please ensure that you entered the correct details of the recipient as the voucher will be sent to the recipient’s email and OTP will be sent to the recipient’s number for redemption.
5. If you are purchasing more than 1 services, enter the desired quantity and click update cart.
6. Enter your billing details, select payment type then place order.
7. The recipient will also be notified via email and receive a copy of the coupon details.
Webstore Terms
1. There will be a specific e-voucher per package at Webstore specific for this promotion.
- It will be put under the Promo Category.
2. For the vouchers, the details must be of the customer who will be using them.
3. Should customer request for the e-vouchers to be transferred, they must:
- Send an email to marketing@thespa.com.ph with the email confirmation as attachment.
- The email must also include the name, contact number, and email of the customer of whom the e-voucher/s will be transferred to.
- Please note that processing time will be around 2-3 working days.
4. The e-voucher from Webstore may not be replaced with a Digital QR Code or physical gift certificates.
5. The e-voucher from Webstore cannot be interchanged with other services.
