Services

The Spa offers a wide variety of services ranging from relaxing massage therapies, refreshing facial treatments, rejuvenating body scrubs and wraps, and revitalizing hand and foot treatments that are available to both male and female guests.

The Spa caters to members and non-members alike. Members, however, enjoy exclusive rates, freebies and other benefits no other guests are privileged. Guests can choose from among three membership types and are available in flexible payment schemes.

Facilities

To service a wide diversity of guests, The Spa has steam, sauna and contrast therapy baths to cater to your specific hydrotherapy needs. However, not all facilities are available in the branches. Acropolis, Alabang and Bel-Air have steam, sauna and contrast therapy baths. Greenbelt, Podium and TriNoma have steam rooms while the Fort has Jacuzzi and steam.

Please take a shower before using the hot and cold pools. When enjoying the sauna or steam, always sit on your towel and wear the slippers provided by The Spa. As a courtesy to other guests, please do not shave or use a body scrub or hair conditioner in the steam room.

Reservations

Although walk-ins are most welcome, we encourage pre-scheduled appointments for a hassle-free experience and to secure your preferred day and time. Our peak hours start in the late afternoon onwards, weekends and holidays so if the time you want falls within these hours, we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible. If you are flexible and can make an early afternoon or weekday appointment, we are more likely to be able to accommodate you on a shorter notice. Bookings can be done in person, over the phone (Acropolis 634.2848 or 634.2709, Alabang 850.3490 or 850.6604, Bel-Air 895.5858 or 895.6868, Greenbelt 840.1325 or 840.1326, Podium 638.8388 or 638.8588, The Fort 856.5858 or 856.6868, Trinoma 901.5624), email thespa@thespa.com.ph or via our website www.thespa.com.ph.

Eating and Drinking

Try not to eat heavy meals for at least 30 minutes before the treatment and avoid the consumption of alcohol on the day of a treatment. To aid in flushing away toxins in the body, drink plenty of water before and afterward, especially if hydrotherapies such as steam / sauna / contrast therapy baths are part of your spa experience. Likewise, we do not allow food to be taken in the spa.

Medical Conditions

It is best to seek medical advice from your doctor prior to getting a spa service because certain treatments may not be advisable to you. If you have any type of medical condition, please be sure to mention it when you book an appointment. To assist us in providing you with the best possible experience and to assure your maximum safety and comfort, you will be asked, upon arrival, to sign a general declaration of good health and waiver. The Spa reserves the right not to accept guests at its discretion.

Attire

Generally speaking, you will have to take off all your clothes. Rest assured though that modesty is always protected here at The Spa. Although you will be nude during a massage, only the specific part to be worked on shall be exposed. The other parts of the body shall be fully covered with sheets. If the ladies would feel more comfortable by keeping their undergarments on, that is acceptable. Disposable underwear is also available at a minimal price. However, shorts are mandatory for men. During a Thai massage, the guest is fully clothed. The Spa provides massage shorts and appropriate clothing for Thai massages. You can go nude, wrap yourself in a towel or wear a swimsuit when using the steam / sauna / contrast therapy baths. For the fitness facilities, the only essentials are workout clothes and proper footwear.

Checking In and Out

Please come in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This should give you enough time to complete a client information sheet in the reception area, put your belongings in the locker, change into your robes and slippers and do possible rest room stops. Arrive even earlier if you want to take advantage of the sauna / steam / contrast therapy baths which will warm your muscles and make it easier for the therapist to achieve results. A complimentary thirst-quencher will be offered and served in the relaxation lounge while waiting for the service to begin.

After your treatment, it is customary to vacate the room within a reasonable amount of time to give way to housekeeping service in preparation for the next guest. Please vacate the room within a reasonable amount of time after completion of the service. However, you are free to spend additional time unwinding in the relaxation lounge.

Please let us know whether or not we met (or exceeded) your expectations by filling out a client service survey form located at the reception area. Our goal is for your experience to be positive no less, and improvements can only be done if we are made aware of a problem at the time of service.

Cellphones and Other Valuables

So that an atmosphere of relaxation can be maintained and as a courtesy to other guests in The Spa, it is best to leave mobile phones in your locker. If you need to bring them to the treatment room, we ask that they be put in silent mode.

In order to avoid worries and stress, please leave your jewelry and valuables at home. If however, you have brought valuables, make certain that they are securely locked in your locker. If you choose instead to take them with you to your treatment, be mindful of not leaving them behind. The Spa will not assume responsibility for any item lost or damaged within its premises.

Communicating Your Preferences

Almost all aspects of your treatment can be modified to your taste: amount of light, presence or absence of music (including volume adjustment), room temperature and deeper or gentler massage. When in the relaxation room and elsewhere in the spa, please be mindful of others. Keep your conversations at a low volume.

Late Arrivals

To maintain The Spa's efficiency in the delivery of services, a 15-minute grace period is provided before a reserved time slot for a scheduled client is given to a walk-in guest. If you are late, your treatment time may be reduced or you may be asked to wait because the treatment room and the therapist / aesthetician / nail technician are generally booked after your session. So as not to inconvenience you and the other spa-goers, please get in touch with us in the event that you are running late.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment, cancellations made at least 2 hours before the reserved time slot would be highly appreciated.

Children

To be able to receive spa treatments, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who will sign the waiver on the minor's behalf.

Smoking

The Spa strictly does not allow smoking within its premises.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in our rates but are gladly accepted. Whatever amount is most welcome and generally varies depending on the quality of the service. Small envelopes will be handed to you by the therapist / aesthetician / nail technician and can be left in a tip box located at the reception area.
