Call ahead to book an appointment to ensure hassle-free service.

Inform us if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions we need to be aware of prior to the service. The Spa Wellness reserves the right to refuse treatment at its discretion.

TWO TIME.

We need to know 2 things:
one – your time of arrival, and
two – the time you intend to start your treatment. Some guests like to take a few moments in between to enjoy our facilities.

NO TWINS.

Our spas are designed to be the best in class, though facilities may slightly vary from one branch to another. Do call ahead for any clarifications.

CLOCK COURTESY.

We highly appreciate your arrival thirty minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a hassle-free experience. A fifteen-minute grace period is likewise provided, however please understand that delays cut into your treatment time and your slot may be given to walk-in guests.

CANCELLATION.

Our trained professionals are here to provide the best service possible. As a courtesy to them, please call at least three hours before if you are unable to make it.

THE RULE OF TWELVE.

Minors twelve and below need an adult to sign their waivers at the Front Desk.

WAITING GAME.

Our spas have limited space. As a courtesy to others, please meet your companions not undergoing treatments – including children – after your service.

QUIET.

The Spa Wellness is a haven of tranquility. We request that you lower your voice when talking and mobile phones on silent mode as not to disturb the other guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

NO VALUABLES.

Do secure your belongings. Management accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage.
