Avail the Massage Pour Deux from Feb. 10-17, and get the chance to win a free dinner for two, plus the opportunity to try a new massage!
How to join:
- Guests must avail the MASSAGE POUR DEUX during the promo period in order to qualify in the promo.
- Guests must completely fill up the CUSTOMER INFORMATION SHEET, and drop it in the drop box at the Front Desk area.
- Deadline of entries is on February 17, 2008 at 10:00pm.
Entries (CIS forms) shall no longer be entertained after cut-off.
- Raffle draw shall be done at The Spa Head Office on February 20, 2008.
- There will be a total of six (6) winners to be drawn, one winner per branch.
The winners will have the privilege of bringing a companion/date to enjoy the free dinner for two at CAV (The Fort), plus the opportunity to try a new massage using Rose Quartz.
This massage is offered exclusively for the winners and is not yet offered at The Spa (until further notice).
- Prizes are not convertible to cash and non-transferable.
- Winners shall be notified via phone call, text message, email and registered mail by The Spa Marketing representatives regarding their prize and the schedule of the service and dinner.
Calls shall be made from February 25-27, 2008.
The contact information written on the CIS forms shall be used as reference.
- Redemption period is until 60 days from the receipt of notification.
Prizes not redeemed after 60 days shall be forfeited in favor of the sponsor with prior approval from DTI.
- Winners must be ready to present at least one (1) valid ID (passport, company ID, or any government-issued IDs) upon claiming of prizes.
- Winners must be willing to give feedback about their experience via interview and/or feedback form for proper documentation and/or press release purposes.
- Promo shall be offered at all branches of The Spa.
- Employees, Agency and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
