Pledge2Serve is the new campaign launched by THE SPA which aims to encourage all employees in making a wholehearted commitment to serve all clients with their best interests at heart, at all times.
Aptly called, P2S, this campaign does not only promote active participation from employees in ensuring quality customer care for all clients, but teaches the importance of valuing work not just as employees but as advocates of wellness.
As advocates of wellness, every individual contributes to the company-wide mission of ensuring that all guests will get the best service to help them cope from stress and to enable them to be ready to face the challenges ahead.
P2S was launched during the Christmas party last December 19, 2007.
Noemi Doce, Soft-Skills Trainer and Aimee Aquino-Diego, Marketing Manager, lead everyone in a pledge to signify every employee's commitment to the campaign.
From Manager to Supervisor... to Therapists and Front desk staff, every employee put their differences aside for that brief moment, and in unison, all of them recited this oath side by side:
Ako si (sabihin ang pangalan), ay taos-pusong nangangako na paglilingkuran ang aming mga kliyente ng may pagmamalasakit sa kanilang kapakanan.
Bilang isang (designation), isa akong ehemplo at tagapagtaguyod ng layunin ng The Spa --- na makapagbigay ng pinakamataas na kalidad ng kaginhawahan at serbisyong may respeto at may puso.
Pananatilihin kong malinis at kaaya-aya ang mga pasilidad.
Aasikasuhin ko ng maigi at ipararamdam ang pagaaruga sa ating mga kliyente, sa abot ng aking makakaya.
Sisikapin kong maghatid ng tamang impormasyon at maghanap ng lunas sa mga suliranin na aking makakaharap.
Ako ay sumusumpa, na ang aking pagmamalasakit sa tungkulin ay pagtugon sa pagtitiwala sa akin ng The Spa, di lamang bilang isang empleyado kundi bilang bahagi ng kabuuang misyong makatulong sa ating kapwa.
The oath that the employees took on that day is just the beginning of promising changes that will soon unfold. Having posted the challenge to all employees to serve with inspiration and honor, guests can only look forward to a better service from THE SPA for 2008.
