The Spa, represented by its Executive Vice President, Richard Uy, was invited to give a talk in the 2006 PANA Marketing and Brand Advancement series.
Dubbed "Creativity Unleashed!", the convention ran last October 5 and 6 at the Rockwell Tent in Makati City.
As reported in page H-6 of The Philippine Star dated November 20, 2006, practioners from the marketing, advertising, media research and media sectors spilled the beans on creativity and its role in marketing and branding success.

For his part, The Spa EVP Richard Uy evoked: "As kids, we never feared anything.
But today, fear sometimes envelopes us.
Fear then translates to failure."
In his talk, Pampering Creativity, he advised the value of understanding childish things and being intrigued by the what ifs and hows.
"Anything goes!
We only define our criteria to determine if we have achieved our target," Uy explained.
Creativity is about the journey as much as it is about the destination, he concluded.
Uy also commented that when thinking out of the box costs much, thinking inside the box can be just as rewarding.
