What do I need to bring when availing of a spa service?
The Spa has all of the amenities you need for a full and relaxing experience.
You will be provided a robe and slippers to wear and a locker where you can keep your personal belongings.
Full amenities are provided for your convenience.
The receptionist is asking for personal details. Can I do away with that?
In order for us to create a client database, you shall be required to fill in a client information sheet and sign a waiver for our mutual protection.
Your wet floor facilities include contrast therapy baths. What are these?
A contrast therapy bath is a hydrotherapy treatment involving the combination of alternate immersion in hot and cold baths.
It increases circulation and revitalizes through releasing tension and stimulating the system.
Hot water stimulates blood flow to the surface of the skin while cold water stimulates blood flow to the core of the body.
A shower is followed by submerging in the hot pool for not more than 10 minutes and immersing in the cold pool for not more than 3 minutes.
Certain body treatments involve the use of a Vichy shower. What exactly is it?
It is a shower taken lying down on a table atop a cushioned mat, usually in a 'wet room' where jets of warm water spray from above or below or all sides.
It is used not only to rinse treatment products from the body but also to relax and improve circulation.
What is the difference between a deluxe and an executive massage?
Deluxe massages are done in rooms with 6 to 9 beds while executive massages are performed in single treatment rooms that offer privacy and more.
We use regular massage oil in deluxe massages whereas executive massages are performed using premium massage oil made from almond, grape seed and jojoba that are known to hydrate, nourish and protect the skin.
What do the Premier Villas (The Fort branch) offer?
The Premier Villas offer a kind of "resort in the city" ambiance, as these are set at the top floor of The Fort branch, overlooking Bonifacio High Street.
These stand-alone villas offer guests a more private experience so they can truly feel relaxed with their choice treatments and massages.
Coming from the overall thematic mood and tone set by the cosmopolitan interiors of this branch, the villas also radiate a feel of urban zen with its wide airy spaces and clean off-white interiors.
The general set up of the villas includes a shower, steam, jacuzzi, massage bed/chair and toiletries for the convenience of guests.
Not all villas however, offer the complete set up.
Villa assignments shall depend on the kind of service to be availed by the guest and the amenities needed for the duration of the service.
As an added value for using the Premier Villas, guests are treated to an additional 30 minutes relaxation time on top of the treatment duration.
How different is the gift card from the gift certificate and the prepaid card?
The Spa Wellness Gift Card is the perfect all-season gift for any special occasion.
Whether for an anniversary, birthday or holiday gift, congratulation, thank you or I love you gift, there is no better way to express yourself than The Spa Wellness Gift Card because it covers all services and can be used in all branches.
The Spa Wellness Cards are available in denominations of Php1,000, Php1,500 and Php2,000.
For the budget conscious, there are service-specific The Spa Gift Certificates and the discounted prepaid cards.
A prepaid card is a good alternative for guests who frequently visit The Spa but are not keen on getting the membership packages.
The Executive prepaid card has 10 executive massages and is priced at Php9,500 giving the guest a Php1,500 discount.
The Deluxe prepaid card contains 10 deluxe massages and is valued at Php7,200 giving the guest a Php1,000 savings.
Do you replace lost gift cards, gift certificates and prepaid cards?
Gift certificates and gift cards are treated as cash hence, these will not be replaced when lost or stolen.
Prepaid cards, on the other hand, are personalized and PIN-code protected, thus they can be replaced upon submission of the following requirements: letter of request, affidavit of loss and Php200 replacement fee or putting back the massage credits to ten, whichever is applicable.
I received a gift certificate but found out that it's already expired. What do I do?
Gift certificates that are no longer valid may still be used within one month from which it has expired.
In case the one month grace period has lapsed, the sale date should not exceed one year from the date the GC will be availed for the penalty to be waived.
In the event the above conditions are not met, an activation fee of Php200 will have to be paid per year the gift certificate expired.
Please note, however, that this procedure does not apply to ex-deal GCs (those bearing the prefix X).
Lapsed GCs of this type would have to be reactivated by paying Php200 per year expired
Do your members get incentives for referring new members?
The Spa shall reward members for referring new membership/s with an elite member's kit composed of a limited edition The Spa leather calling card case containing Php3750 worth of discount vouchers in the form of membership renewal and spa services.
Members, old and new alike, may get to receive an unlimited number of kits by referring as many members as possible.
This means one can have his membership renewed at no extra cost just by taking advantage of this member-get-member program.
I'm getting married soon. I wonder if I could have a bridal shower at The Spa.
The SPArty bridal package is our way of providing relaxation and rejuvenation to soon-to-wed ladies and her guests.
It is available in four package types and can be an all female or a "Jack and Jill" gathering.
