It is a 60-minute workout that has the combination of the grace of ballet, the wisdom of yoga, and the strength of Pilates. Settled in a studio environment where you can benefit having the workout done in group or in session. Class variations include open class (beginners), foundations and advanced.
The difference amongst other workouts? Barre3’s credo is “work smarter, not harder” as described by barre3 Founder, Sadie Lincoln. Movements help improve posture and grace – avoids harming body joints especially when done inside studios with cork flooring.
